New Video: What Makes A GreenHound

Make sure to thank them for all their hard work for the Greenhounds!
What is a Greenhound? A Greenhound is a student from AHS who has made a conscious commitment to sustainability. Students in grades 10-12 have "green" courses together (3 core classes and one elective) while ninth graders are in a green Study Hall as Greenhound candidates.
Interested? Contact coordinator Annie Turner at annieturner@atasusd.org or Vice Principal Kimberly McGrath at (805) 462-4300.
Greenhound Water Bottles!
Due to consumption and not recycling of plastic bottles, the academy is taking action! Our mission is to cut down waste by selling our reusable water bottles. They are $10 each. See Mrs. McQuitty or Ms. Turner in A309 for more information.
You can choose from an orange or green design. The proceeds go to our academy and anyone can get one. Go get yours!
