State PTA Recognizes Wellness Center at AHS

The California State PTA recognized the Wellness Center at AHS in a recent newsletter after visiting the school and center. Dr. Libby Madding said, "I am so proud of the work we [at AHS] are doing to address the whole student. Special thanks to Kamela Proulx and our interns for addressing the mental health barriers that our students and families face. It is so great to see our little town and high school getting recognized for the work we are doing to increase awareness, eliminate barriers to treatment, de-stigmatize and address mental health obstacles."
